- South Australia’s Mayura Station full-blood Wagyu beef cattle herd was founded in 1997, with 29 elite 100% Japanese Black Haired Wagyu cattle. With chocolate added to the herd's nutritious diet for the past 10 years, the beef has a unique caramelised, buttery and sweet flavour.
