Mediterranean week at Bacchus with guest chef
For one week, fine-dining Bacchus Restaurant welcome guest chef, Nabil Jaghdour, who will roll out a special menu featuring flavours from North Africa to Italy, Southern Spain and France.
Born in Morocco, Nabil grew up in the food & wine region of Bordeaux, in the south of France. He began his career in Paris but soon moved to the US where he worked for numerous celebrities. Nabil relocated to Indonesia to lead the kitchen for French fine dining restaurant Amuz. His creations brought awards to this top Jakarta establishment.
